Marketplace role

Rentaki connects travelers with independent rental companies. We are not the rental provider unless explicitly stated on a booking confirmation.

Bookings

Prices, deposits, insurance, pickup rules, and cancellation terms are set by each rental partner and shown before checkout.

Partner obligations

Partners must maintain valid licences, accurate listings, and timely responses to booking requests.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page.
